Everyone who worked there was amazingly kind and incredibly nice! The location was marvellous and perfect - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

the triple room I was given was complete with a touch of antique furniture. the staff was incredibly nice, which made me feel welcome. 3. Just 20 minutes on foot to Hazratganj underground was a big plus.

The room we had included a private safe, climate control, and TV with satellite channels. The location was perfect, as near to airport! There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly and responsive.

Very very good breakfast and good food. Free parking on-site provided.

I chose to stay at Fortune for its convenient location near Christ Church College. However, what pleasantly surprised me the most was the reliable service and professional staff. The hotel offers a continental or buffet breakfast, a bar/lounge to enjoy your favorite drink, a fitness center, and various facilities like a terrace, a restaurant, and a snack bar/deli.

Spa staff - complimentary service. If you don't want to do a good job, please don't offer it!

I was impressed with my recent stay at Fortune Park. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with antique furniture and wooden floors, giving it a classic and elegant feel. The pool area on the terrace was also a highlight, although I wish they had provided swimming costumes to rent. The staff were all very polite and approachable, providing a high level of hospitality. The parking area wasn't well, equipped with an elevator at the parking level, which meant that guests had to walk all the way from basement , 2 to 0 ground floor.

The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The restaurant, bar, and snack bar provided delicious food and drinks, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. The spa and wellness centre, as well as the outdoor swimming pool, added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay.

Location was decent, right in the middle of the city so we could easily move around. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of dishes to choose from. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis which was convenient. , the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

There was no festive vibe during New Year's Eve. We expected some decorations or at least a countdown but there was nothing of that sort.
